Inline fluorination as an activator

OXI™ fluorination activates the surface of web materials by introducing flourine and oxygen atoms. The material is unwound from a roll, treated and then rewound onto a roll. Fluorination increases surface energy and provides these benefits:

• Ink and adhesives bond strongly to the surface
• Foil, foam and fleece can be activated
• Saves primer
• PVC, rubber and TPE can be pre-treated
